# What is Content Backup?

A copy of source files, captions, and project folders stored somewhere besides the editing laptop. The creator analog of a repository: Drive, an external disk, or git.

## In real work

The content backup lived in a dated Drive folder so a stolen laptop would not erase six months of unreleased tutorials.
