# What is Error Analysis?

Reading failed outputs one by one and sorting them into named failure types before fixing anything. The counts, not the loudest anecdote, then decide which fix comes first.

## In real work

Error analysis on 100 failed summaries found 41 missing the order number and only 6 with tone problems, so the first fix was one prompt line, not a training request.
