Privacy Policy

Prompthaus does not upload your progress, files, or photos to Prompthaus servers.

Quiz streaks, settings, and Your Work collections are stored on your device.

Apple Intelligence powers practice grading and work insights on your iPhone when available.

You choose if Private Cloud Compute helps with large files. That runs on Apple's infrastructure, not ours.

Your daily term, quiz history, practice results, and app settings live in local storage on your device.

Your Work collections (imported PDFs, code files, and similar) are saved in your iPhone's app storage. They are not copied to Prompthaus.

The home screen widget reads streak data from a shared app group on your device. Nothing is sent to us.

When you import a file or take a photo in Your Work, Prompthaus reads and analyzes it on your device to suggest terms you should understand.

Photos are processed for text and technical parts only. We do not save camera captures to disk or upload them.

If a file is too large for on-device analysis, you may choose to use Apple's Private Cloud Compute. That is optional and governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Sentence practice grading uses on-device Foundation Models when your iPhone supports them (iOS 26 and later).

Visual Intelligence and App Intents read text from your screen on device to match catalog terms.

None of this sends your sentences, files, or screen content to Prompthaus.

If you turn on daily reminders, Prompthaus schedules local notifications on your iPhone.

We do not use notifications to track you or send marketing messages.

When a teacher assigns Prompthaus activities through Apple Schoolwork, progress may be reported to the teacher via Apple's ClassKit and iCloud.

That includes time on assigned work, quiz scores, practice completion, and category progress during assignments.

Self-study outside assigned activities is not reported. Prompthaus does not host a gradebook or student profiles.

Schools manage student accounts through Apple School Manager and Managed Apple IDs.

The Prompthaus marketing site uses Vercel Analytics in production to understand page views.

Analytics does not receive data from the iOS app.
