Prompthaus is for personal and educational use. You get a daily vocabulary term, quizzes, and practice tools on your iPhone.

Founder Mode is optional and paid through Apple's App Store. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds.

AI feedback is practice guidance only. It does not guarantee interview, visa, or exam results.

We do not run servers that store your progress or files. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Prompthaus is made by Timekeepur, LLC. When we say "we," "us," or "our" in these terms, we mean Timekeepur, LLC.

The app is called Prompthaus on the App Store. You may also see PromptHaus in marketing materials.

We give you a limited license to download and use Prompthaus on your own iPhone for personal or educational purposes.

You need a compatible iPhone, a valid Apple ID, and an internet connection for App Store downloads and subscription management.

You may not copy, sell, or reverse engineer the app. You may not scrape the term catalog or use automated tools to access app content.

Prompthaus does not create user accounts. Your progress syncs through your Apple ID and iCloud when you enable it.

The core app is free. Founder Mode is a paid feature for focused practice sprints with custom term decks, spoken and written rounds, and a week-end readiness readout.

Founder Week renews weekly. Founder Annual renews yearly. Both renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Founder Mode without a recurring subscription.

You may get one free taste of Founder Mode before purchasing. Promo codes and early access offers may have their own limits.

Prices vary by country and may change. Apple shows the current price before you confirm a purchase.

Renews automatically. Cancel anytime in Settings. Manage or cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Contact Apple Support if you need help with a charge.

Practice grading and work insights use Apple Intelligence on your iPhone when your device supports it.

For large files, you may choose Apple's Private Cloud Compute. That is optional and runs on Apple's infrastructure.

AI feedback is a practice readout only. It helps you learn vocabulary and check your answers. It is not professional, legal, medical, or immigration advice.

We do not guarantee that using Prompthaus will lead to a job offer, visa approval, residency match, or any specific outcome.

You may import files, set goals, and record spoken practice in the app. You keep ownership of what you bring in.

Your Work collections and practice recordings stay on your device. We do not upload them to Prompthaus servers.

You are responsible for the content you import and for having the right to use it. Do not import material you do not have permission to use.

Prompthaus can generate shareable literacy credentials that show progress you earned in the app.

Credentials are proof of in-app activity, not official certifications from a school, employer, or government body.

Do not misrepresent a credential as something it is not.

When teachers assign Prompthaus through Apple Schoolwork, progress may be shared with the teacher through Apple's ClassKit and iCloud.

Schools manage student access through Apple School Manager and Managed Apple IDs.

Schools are responsible for their own compliance with student privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

Prompthaus is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store, iCloud, Siri, Apple Intelligence, and related Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Apple is not a party to these terms between you and Timekeepur, LLC.

The Prompthaus marketing site at prompthausapp.com is hosted on Vercel.

The site uses Vercel Analytics to understand page views. Analytics does not receive data from the iOS app.

Prompthaus is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and useful, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Timekeepur, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Some places do not allow certain warranty or liability limits. In those places, our limits apply only as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms when the app or our policies change. We will post the new date at the top of this page.

If you keep using Prompthaus after an update, that means you accept the revised terms.
